• I am writing to oppose zero-THC language in FY-26 Ag-FDA Appropriations Bill.  • Without the market for consumable hemp products, farmers and business owners will not be able to succeed. This language would be an assault on Americans – from farmers to veterans to seniors. Not to mention, banning consumable hemp-derived products will not eliminate demand; it will push consumers toward dangerous markets and bad actors, undermining public safety and oversight.
