I'm writing to ask you to support the HONEST act which recently cleared committee with the support of Senator Josh Hawley. This bill will prevent corruption by ensuring that elected officials will not be able to trade stocks based on information they have that is not available to the general public, as well as closing other loopholes. Please apply any pressure you can to Senate Majority Leaser John Thune to make sure this bill can have a floor vote, and please vote for the bill on the floor.
