I'm writing because what is playing out right now with an unelected and unconfirmed private citizen taking over major aspects of our government is putting the American people in serious danger. Elon Musk and his DOGE associates must be prevented from accessing and communicating with our federal systems immediately. They ought to be charged with hacking these systems as any other civilian would be. I'm urging you to block the confirmation of all cabinet appointees until this access is revoked and the DOGE group is held accountable. Further, you should demand the reinstatement of USAID before cabinet hearings can resume. Don't give in. Don't obey in advance. Please fight for our democracy.
