Our Secretary of State (SOS) has run an illegal primary. Impeach him. He slow walked the “People Not Politicians Referendum“ until the day of the primary. If he had done his job in a timely manner the courts would have ruled before the primary. It was his stubborn partisanship and disregard for the plain text of our constitution that resulted in this bad primary. His lawyer argued wrongly in court that the referendum disenfranchised legislators and the people who elected them. Mean while the SOS is running a primary that is misrepresenting our vote. I think he does not recognize that our signatures on a citizens initiative are our vote for issues to be decided on the ballot. Our votes are the underpinning of our republic. Mr Hoskins has taken our right to vote for the correct candidate away from us. He has disregarded the signatures for the referendum and their implications. He forced us to use the wrong maps. Two strikes This is a statewide problem caused by Denise Hoskins the buck stops with him. Congress must act to remove him. Three strike he’s out.
