Reopen Food Warehouses and Save Lives

To: Rep. Owens, Sen. Curtis, Sen. Lee

From: A constituent in Saratoga Springs, UT

February 27

I am writing to urge you to take immediate action to prevent a humanitarian crisis. Food warehouses, filled with supplies that America has already paid for and shipped, are being kept from reaching the people who desperately need them because of DOGE. This is unacceptable. Countless lives—especially women and children—are at risk of starvation, not because aid isn’t available, but because it is being withheld. This is a crisis we have the power to stop. I ask that you use your platform and influence to publicly and privately call on Elon Musk to reopen these warehouses and ensure that food reaches those in need. This is not about politics or business—this is about human lives. The United States has already invested in this aid, and we cannot stand by while bureaucracy and external pressures prevent it from being delivered. Please take a stand, make calls, and demand that these warehouses be reopened immediately. Time is critical. I urge you to act now.
