The Wall Street Journal reports the White House and SpaceX offer conflicting accounts of who made the decision to throttle Ukraine’s defensive use of Starlink. Whoever made this decision is favoring murderous Putin and Russia and endangering our national security. Congress must investigate this national security issue now. Stop appeasing Russia. It is not our ally.
