Thank you for visiting the ICE field office in Chantilly, Va. last week. I am relieved to hear your report that as of today, conditions appear to have improved from the horrifying reports I received.  I agree that it should not have taken this long for members of Congress to gain access to a federal facility to conduct lawful oversight. Please continue to pressure ICE to put in place a clear policy to ensure that when a field office reaches capacity, the burden is relieved immediately and not allowed to spiral into a humanitarian crisis, as well as pressing for accountability and transparency to make certain those obligations are met every single day. Thank you!
