Vote yes on SB26-102. Communities and citizens need protection from big data centers. There is only so much water and grid capacity. Large data centers can’t pull water out of the ether. It must come from somewhere. Water is already in short supply in Colorado. Putting guidelines and guardrails in place for data centers makes sense.
