OpenAI has announced the building of a massive data center in Pike County, Ohio. This is being called the Ohio Project, and causes a huge threat to quality of life amongst Ohio residents and our ecosystems. While many Americans, in Ohio and across the country, struggle to afford gas, food, healthcare, and other basic necessities, billions of dollars are being spent to destroy our land, waste our energy, and silence our voices. STOP OpenAI and Nvidia from building the Pike County data center, stop inflicting irreversible damage on our land and ecosystems, and stop wasting our resources on useless AI experiments.
