Protect Voters From ICE's Illegal Election Interference

Do everything in your power to stop ICE's Homeland Security Investigations unit from using federal law enforcement to suppress voters ahead of the 2026 midterms. Documents obtained by Democracy Forward through FOIA reveal that HSI has collected 50.6 million voter roll records from the DOJ, 48.4 million records from election denier Heather Honey's "independent sources," and may be feeding that data into Palantir's ELITE app — the same tool ICE uses to locate and deport people. This is not voter fraud prevention. This is voter intimidation using the machinery of the federal government. The records also show HSI considered deploying undercover agents against non-profits conducting voter registration drives, with Pennsylvania and New Jersey flagged as priority states. This is what authoritarian governments do. They target the organizations that help people vote. Every eligible voter in this country has the right to cast a ballot free from federal surveillance, intimidation, or the threat of being swept into a deportation database. Investigate this program, demand answers from DHS, and use every tool available to shut it down before Election Day.
