FCC Fairness Doctrine needs to be reinstated for honest radio, TV

Any attempt to recall Governor Gavin Newsom is an example of the hate culture of fringe republican extremists who use money and negative propaganda to push good people out of their way. This kind of behavior undermines the integrity of democracy. We must not allow dishonest propaganda to control us. Newsom has led California through wild fires, a pandemic, heat waves, protests and an economic crisis. He has the leadership, temperament, communication skills, integrity, compassion and organizational aptitude to deserve high praise and appreciation. The right to recall an elected governor must only be for justifiable, honest cause, not because greedy extremists wield a powerful negative propaganda attacking machine and the money to pay an army of petition collectors. The recall laws need to be changed. One way to combat propaganda might be the reinstatement of the FCC Fairness Doctrine. Ever since it was repealed in 1987, we have suffered from lies and propaganda in the media.
