How can I end my premium membership?
I couldn’t cancel by texting the bot, help!
You may have set up a membership from a different platform than the one you tried, for example if you tried to cancel over text, but subscribed over WhatsApp; or you may have upgraded with an email that’s different than the one that’s on your bot account. You can edit the email address on your account, and see if you have a premium membership, with the account keyword. Please try other platforms you used the bot on. If none of them work, email us and our volunteers will get back to you as soon as they can, please be patient.
