I support Governor Hochul's pause on Congestion Pricing and I oppose the current plan. I have lived in Hell's Kitchen for over 30 years and it is unfair for residents to not get a discount on the toll. Residents obviously cannot avoid the congestion zone, and the income cap for relief from the toll
