Please pass legislation banning so called "boom cars". You're so quick to regulate things like 3d printers, which have done nothing to impact most people in the state. However, idiots blasting music from their cars with their un-blockable low frequency bass turned up operate with impunity. My house shakes on a daily basis. Local officials and police are powerless to stop them. We need the state to crack down. Fund the deployment of plate cameras with low frequency detection microphones, not for mass surveillance, but for enforcement. Make it a felony to install aftermarket bass systems. There is no legitimate reason for anyone to install a bass which takes up their entire trunk. Do something, anything, to put an end to this awful noise pollution.
