As representatives of the people, you took an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States. Every member of Congress should stand in opposition to anything and anyone who attacks the liberties our country was built on. Yet Republicans remain silent as the Trump administration blatantly refuses to abide by lawful court orders. The Supreme Court was clear. Do we no longer have checks and balances in this country? You should be demanding that Abrego Garcia is returned to the U.S. An attack on the right to due process of ANYONE in this country is a threat to due process rights for EVERYONE. This goes far beyond political party. Our country's future is at stake. I would like to know what you personally are doing to ensure our Constitution is upheld and there is accountability and transparency for all.
