I don't think I ever truly realized just how much and how deeply I love my country until now, as I watch it ripped to pieces each day, every day, relentlessly and cruelly, and see you raise no objection. For decades now, I have voted across party lines and I have never let people's affiliation sway me from who I thought would be reasonable decisionmakers, whether or not I always agreed with their judgment. I can truly say that the three of you have permanently altered my opinion in that regard. I despise you as representatives and as human beings for the horror that we wake up to every day in the ruins of a once great nation.
