Frankly, I am horrified by the treatment of Mr. Garcia, who is a legal resident here being shipped off to the death prison in South America. Nobody seems to be doing anything. I employ you to please push this issue with the administration. Mr. Garcia was a legal resident! That should not happen to anyone. I am afraid he may already be dead Since the government down there says they won’t return him. This is unconscionable.
