I'm calling because ICE just arrested the mayor of Newark, NJ and I'm outraged. They say he was trespassing when we all know he was peacefully protesting. What the hell is happening in this country? Are we a dictatorship now? Is Trump a King? Are people-especially people of color-no longer allowed to protest? ICE agents are out of control. Is Congress going to sit there and do nothing to rein them in? We need hearings into ICE's unlawful behavior. Everyone in leadership should be forced to testify. Mayor Baraka needs to be released immediately. I expect the Senator/Congressmember to call for all of this.
