I am writing to you today about the changes that CIGNA healthcare is planning to make October 1. They are planning to down code claims from doctors that will make doctors have to do much unnecessary paperwork with appeals if they want to get paid pro perly or if patients want to be covered properly. This could cause doctors to drop CIGNA and leave many people uncovered by their health insurance. n California and if it is, please reverse their decision in this state. Their office staff will be burdened with unnecessary paperwork, and it will cause a lot of problems for their patients. I don't know if this is illegal i Thank you
