Passages of Prosperity ACT This act is for federal funded state DOJ n corrections department systems; and the federal DOJ. And every jail, detention institutions, prisons that are using federal $’s and funding . 1. Passages of Prosperity—: This is about moving forward with transparency to educate all inmates in custody. In return when released we will see a safer environment for communities city's n states because we raised the bar and standards with unlimited open sourced education 2. people in custody need custodial guidance just like a child that's and oversight 24/7 giving mit more crimes. It's time for you to take care of them like they're in your custody because they are; Let's be teachers and teach them how the right way is by works. Education works. The teachers tablets are safe and spread to grow their brains (hopefully if they got any left )and emotional processing systemically. our current DOJ n dept of corrections all have tablets so let’s get it started n federaly and state fund the application programming with this bill. (between you and I we could say that's how to train a dog, but don't mark that on the record) but think about it a second if you leave the dog, he's gonna keep getting aggressive, but if we actually train them, they are going to behave. Don't say that out loud to anyone please just look at the reflection of example.) The university gives full education and many different adverse areas and gives wardens and parole boards inside view of what the individuals thinking and progress is looking like This helps train them to not think in a nasty manner, but teaching them good manners and it gives them things to look forward to when they get out as they prepare for the outside world with skill and mindset to apply for jobs that they have certification for from the schooling learning skills let's load these tablets and give these individuals unlimited schooling well you got them in lockdown in state and in Federal custody. open up on that tablet. Education shouldn't have to apply for it or wait. The tablet should be automatically loaded, and that person should be able to click right on it and fill their mind
