Yet another pit maneuver by the Arkansas state police has injured bystanders. It’s as reckless as shooting into a crowded room not caring who else besides your target you may hurt or kill. It’s just generally not good. We have flock cameras everywhere now despite nobody wanting them. High speed chases are not necessary and a choice. The choice needs to be illegal as shooting into a crowded room.
