The Biden administration's complicity in the ongoing genocide in Gaza is a grave violation of human rights and international law. The military siege and eradication of an entire people cannot be tolerated or brushed aside. While the court case was dismissed on jurisdictional grounds, the judge acknowledged the plausible genocidal intent behind Israel's actions – enabled by US support and weapons sales. Enabling such atrocities is a stain on America's legacy. We must hold our leaders accountable and demand an immediate end to military aid and diplomatic support for Israel's brutal occupation and oppression of Palestinians. Concrete steps must be taken to apply real pressure, including sanctions and an arms embargo, until Israel complies with international law and ends its campaign of ethnic cleansing and apartheid. Inaction makes us all complicit. This systematic violence and dehumanization cannot continue. Urgent action is needed to stop the genocide and uphold human rights for all.
