I'm writing to ask you to oppose SB 79 with the amendment to ban most teleworking for state employees. This amendment targets rural Kentuckians, people with disabilities, and parents, while not solving any real problem. The legislature should not be making blanket rules for state agencies that don't bother to consider their needs or ask for their input and only make it harder to complete their important work for the people of the state. This legislation would cost the state money, lead to the loss of to talent, and hurt people for no good reason. Please oppose it.
