To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my belief that any individual receiving SSI or SSDI benefits, as well as those who are caretakers for recipients of these programs, should be subject to drug testing. My concern is to ensure that these funds are used for their intended purpose and are not diverted to purchase illegal drugs. I believe this measure would help protect the integrity of the programs and provide greater accountability for taxpayer dollars and make sure people receiving these benefits, aren’t spending it on drugs .
