I am writing today about the possibility the president-elect will abuse his appointee powers. While he may have the right to appoint those whom he trusts, he does not have the right to fill those seats with kooks, cronies and acolytes. He has already shown a penchant for sex-offenders, felons, fascists and those who would do his bidding. The idea of him abusing those powers to appoint those with no ethics, position, morals, conscience or allegiance to the United States Constitution. You must do all in your power to oppose any and all attempts to use recess appointments to further his ways. Please vote “no” on any and all attempts to recess the United States Senate while he is in office. Furthermore, I would ask that you speak out publicly in support of no recess appointments.
