IMPEACH DONALD TRUMP 1. Donald Trump is a threat to the US Constitution. By selling World Liberty Financial tokens in which Donald Trump and his family have a claim on 75% of revenues, Donald Trump is in blatant violation of Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the Constitution, the Emoluments Clause. By defunding entire government agencies (and the parties they fund, including universities), he is in blatant violation of Article II which gives Congress the power of the purse, including Section 2, Clause 2, the Appointments Clause, as DOGE was never approved by Congress and Elon Musk was never confirmed by the Senate. By claiming, via executive order, that only he and the attorney general are responsible for the interpretation of the law, he is in blatant violation of Article III of the Constitution, which establishes the judicial branch. By targeting the media and students for their free speech, including ex post facto, he is in blatant violation of the First Amendment. By deporting aliens without any due process, he is in blatant violation of the Fifth Amendment. By targeting law firms, via executive order, which have represented his rivals, he is in blatant violation of the First, the Fifth and the Sixth Amendments. By attempting to run for a third term, he is in blatant violation of the Twenty-second Amendment. By doing a Tesla infomercial at the White House in violation of 5 CFR § 2635.702, pardoning domestic terrorists in violation of the Electoral Count Act, and instead naming people protesting at his largest benefactor’s company as terrorists and letting him burn records in the violation of the Records Act, by removing qualified personnel on the basis of color, gender, sexual orientation orientation or creed as well as inspectors general and military JAGS, and by grotesquely threatening to use the National Guard or the Military against Democrats, Donald Trump is making his disdain for the Law and Justice clear. By invoking fake wars and invasions to enact the Alien Enemies Act, and to flirt with the Insurrection Act, Donald Trump is endangering the security and welfare of foreigners and US citizens alike.
