As your constituent I urge you to consider the bigger picture here in what Trump is doing. He simply has no respect for the rule of law. His own record speaks to that. He is not a king and you are supposed to be a check on the executive branch. What hell are you creating? I personally don’t want to live in the 1850s, but the Republican party seems hell bent on trying to take us back in time. As a scientist I’m appalled at the proposed and actual cuts to programs and research. Do something before we have lost all the knowledge and know how gained over the last hundred years. - Freedom of speech - Separation of church and state - Due process Inalienable rights are guaranteed no matter who is president. It’s that simple. Do something before we have no democracy left.
