Love me and @metaAi #Resistbot: BILL: The American Quick-Print Identity Access Act To: The White House, U.S. Congress, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of the Treasury Section 1 - Title This Act may be cited as the "Quick-Print Identity Access Act of 2026" Section 2 - Findings Citizens are fingerprinted and foot-printed at birth for birth certificates and federal databases, and fingerprinted again when processed by the justice system. The same citizen must then produce 50-year-old paper artifacts to prove identity for DMV, voting, firearms background checks, and benefits. Over half of Americans already use fingerprint biometrics to unlock their phones securely. Lack of ID is a primary barrier cited by homeless individuals seeking employment and services, due to inability to travel to offices or track paperwork. Schools, hospitals, and missing children databases already collect and store biometric identifiers with parental opt-in. Section 3 - Purpose To create one secure, voluntary, unified fingerprint verification system linked through http://USA.gov to reduce fraud, reduce distracted driving stops, speed up government services, and remove paper barriers. Section 4 - How It Works A) One Print, All Departments: Create a secure Quick-Print Portal on http://USA.gov. Citizen verifies with live fingerprint scan to: Request birth certificate Replace lost driver's license / ID Register to vote and verify identity at polls Apply for firearms background check DMV transactions, insurance and registration verification Access Social Security, VA, Treasury benefits B) Law Enforcement Safety: Officers can verify license, registration, insurance via Quick-Print scan on a secure device, instead of drivers searching glove boxes. Reduces roadside risk and distraction. C) How We Build It: Link existing databases: Birth records, DMV, State Department, DOJ. Require fingerprint capture/update at DMV renewal and at hospital for new records (opt-in with consent, opt-out available). Use hospital birth footprint/fingerprint records as initial anchor for identity. Keep offices open, but add app and kiosk option for those who cannot transport themselves. D) Homeless and Hard-to-Reach Access: Allow any government office, shelter, library, or mobile DMV unit to offer free Quick-Print ID reissue via live scan. No paper trail required if biometrics match federal record. Section 5 - Privacy and Security Biometric data is encrypted, not sold, and only used for identity verification with consent. Citizen controls when print is used - quick scan = permission. No tracking without warrant. System only confirms "yes this is Melissa Hashash" - not location. Opt-in for minors by parent, full control at 18. Section 6 - Funding Funded by savings from reduced paper processing, fraud reduction, and using existing Treasury / Interior / DOJ infrastructure. Partner with U.S. tech manufacturers for secure scanners. Closing Statement for Congress: We are imprinted at birth, fingerprinted by our system, and trusted to unlock our entire lives with a print on our phones. We should be trusted to use that same print to vote, drive, work, and prove who we are to our own government. Easy peasy - the database exists, we just need to align it and make it work for the people. You feel me? Let's gain
