The Trump Administration using public funds for a politically motivated “public service announcement” is propaganda. This message had the sole purpose of advancing the President’s own political views and interests, not any broader public good. Do not use our tax payer dollars for this recent advertisement. Refuse payment. Donald Trump should be personally responsible and should bear all costs associated with this campaign. Enough is enough. The man sitting in the Oval Office has behaved as if his thoughts, whims, and interests ARE the United States, while the rest of us just live here for as long as he allows it. Congress, the courts, the executive are losing all credibility as one person’s preferences have been elevated even above our democratic institutions and laws. You must stop this. No public money for personal messages or political advocacy. Make Donald Trump foot the bill for his own propaganda. And begin acting like a co-equal branch of government.
