I'm disappointed and saddened to see Sen. Whitehouse and Sen. Heinrich having settled on the terms of the BAAJA legislation. They're generally such champions of the environment. But the well known environmental lawfirm Earthjustice has stated their opposition to this bill and I urge you to consider their concerns and vote no on this bill without important amendments. Thank you.
