Pres Trump stated in Fact Sheet dated 2 April 2025, "These tariffs will remain in effect until such a time as President Trump determines that the threat posed by the trade deficit and underlying nonreciprocal treatment is satisfied, resolved, or mitigated." What exactly are the metrics by which this will be measured?? What is he using to determine if threat is "satisfied, resolved or mitigated". YOU need to know this and I want the answer, in writing. I EXPECT AN ANSWER, not subjective words – This note is now a FOLLOW up to my message yesterday. What metrics of the “underlying nonreciprocal treatment” were met? Or was it the bond market that spooked you and YOU all got the “yips”. I want to know what you are doing – this market manipulation appears random, chaotic, ill-advised, thoughtless and it needs to stop. What are you doing?
