Sign the Discharge Petition for the Epstein Files Transparency Act II

To: Rep. Dingell

From: A verified voter in Milan, MI

September 5

Sign Rep. Massie's discharge petition for H.R. 9694, the Epstein Files Transparency Act II. This bill needs 218 signatures to force a House floor vote, and your name should be on it. The Justice Department claims it complied with the original Epstein Files Transparency Act by releasing 3.5 million pages — but Massie and the bill's supporters say millions more records are being withheld or improperly redacted. EFTA II would give victims, state prosecutors, and members of Congress the legal tools to challenge those withholdings in court. New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez has said his office cannot complete its Epstein investigation without access to unredacted federal records. That's a real, ongoing criminal investigation being blocked by DOJ stonewalling. More on what's at stake here: https://www.lawcommentary.com/articles/thomas-massie-epstein-co-conspirators-house-vote The first EFTA passed 427 to 1. This isn't a partisan issue. Epstein's victims deserve full accountability, and the public deserves transparency. Sign the petition.
