Please join with Senators Kaine and Cassidy to block the move of OSER to HHS, and OCR to Justice. These groups provide critical support to families and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live, learn and work with their communities. IDEA is critical civil rights legislation that transformed entire generations of Americans. In addition, please defend the Olmsted decision- those with disabilities need to live within their communities- push back in any effort to expand forced institutionalization.
