I am writing to ask that Congressional democrats file amicus briefs in support of the new CECOT lawsuit that was filed on June 5th. The suit was filed by Democracy Forward, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Immdef (lawyers for Andry Romero). The Defendant is Secretary Marco Rubio and the State Department.
