Take the power of tariffs back. Congress needs to stop ceding power to the executive branch. Not challenging the current tariffs orders is ceding power that belongs to the legislative branch not the executive branch. To help put a stop to the on and off tariffs, please remove sections such as 122 and 338 from the federal legal books. There is a reason they haven’t been twisted into use until recently, they weren’t and aren’t needed. Tariffs are being used as weapons against allies. We the people of the US pay the money while our country pays the diplomatic price. It needs to stop.
