Keep Trump Out of the Budget

To: Rep. Jayapal

From: A constituent in Seattle, WA

February 25, 2025

Please stand firm on conditions to stop Trump from withholding funds that have already been appropriated by Congress. The President is behaving like a King. He does not have this authority and must be stopped.
