I'm writing to request that you oppose any budget language that redefines 'sex' as 'biological sex'. Redefining 'sex' as 'biological sex' is harmful to transgender and nonbinary Ohioans, and does not belong in our state's budget. Please have this unnecessary and unhelpful element removed from HB96.
