I am writing because there is $7.5 million in Plumpy Nut emergency food rations languishing in the Edesia warehouse in Rhode Island destined for locations overseas.  This humanitarian aid has already been paid for by US tax dollars.  Please do all that you can to apply pressure to the State Department, to this administration, to whomever to get this food shipped to the destinations it was intended for ASAP!  I will be watching social media to follow your efforts to make this happen.  This isn’t a democrat or a republican issue, this is a humanitarian issue.  No child should die because of a lack of urgency and action by this administration, and yet they are.  Thank you for your time!
