Jay Jacob Jay Jacobs has proven to be an ineffective leader of the New York State Democratic Party for many years now. He threatens a repeat of 2022 with a continuation of a Republican controlled U.S. House of Representatives in 2026. He is derelict in his obligations to support the party’s nominee for the largest city in the country. His public rejection and hostility toward Zohran Mamdani, the duly elected Democratic nominee for major of New York City is disqualifying. He must step down immediately.
