District 11 Deserves Better — Vote NO on the Budget Bill
To: Rep. Loudermilk
From: A constituent in Woodstock, GA
July 3, 2025
This budget bill is a disgrace. It slashes life-saving programs and undermines the very people you were elected to serve — and if you support it, you are complicit in the harm it causes.
Let’s be real: cutting programs like WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, and housing assistance doesn’t make you fiscally responsible — it makes you dangerous. These programs keep children fed, families healthy, and vulnerable people alive. And your silence while this happens speaks volumes.
As a constituent in District 11, I am outraged by your refusal to hold a town hall, to face your people, or to explain how any of this benefits us. Slashing the budget of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — headquartered right here in Georgia — is an attack on public health, science, and basic preparedness. After everything we’ve endured during the pandemic, you should know better. The attacks on federal workers is disgusting and these are peoples lives and jobs!
Instead, you toe the line. You follow orders. You serve your party instead of your people.
But let me remind you — “just following orders” isn’t an excuse that history looks kindly on (1945 was a hard lesson). We’ve seen this story before, and we know how it ends. No amount of partisan obedience will shield you from accountability as the people of this district and country decide they’ve had enough. And believe me — we have.
This community is awake. We are organized. And if you cast your vote for this cruel and reckless budget, we will make it your legacy.
Vote NO. Or prepare to be replaced
