We must act swiftly to clear this backlog and deliver overdue justice to survivors. I urge you to join the bipartisan effort to end the rape kit backlog once and for all. Congress should allocate robust funding toprocess the backlogged kits and implement comprehensive reforms to prevent future backlogs from occurring. Survivors have waited far too long - it's time to provide them with the support, resources, and closure they deserve through decisive federal action on this crisis.
