I just read that the Big Fugly Bill contains a provision to prohibit federal and state regulation of AI and retroactively invalidates state laws that regulate AI. This must not be allowed to pass! AI use for revenge porn, generation of deepfake political audio and video, and manipulation of low information voters must not be allowed! Lobby your colleagues to remove this provision!
