Suggestion to help the American citizen and the economy: increase taxes considerably on large corporations and decrease or eliminate taxes on small businesses. This would decrease the growth of monopolistic sector corporations and increase the growth of competitive small businesses resulting in a more realistic “free market” instead of the corporate dominated economy we currently have. The economy is largely influenced by corporate greed. Large sector monopolistic corporations are truly the detriment to the economy. The other thing that would help the economy of the government is to tax every financial instrument transaction a penny per individual stock share traded. This could help decrease the tax burden of many Americans.
