This is more than alarming—it is illegal and impeachable. Specifically: Election interference (18 U.S.C. § 595) – using federal authority to pressure voters. Illegal impoundment (Impoundment Control Act & Appropriations Clause) – refusing to distribute funds appropriated by Congress. Constitutional violations (Take Care Clause & First Amendment) – failing to enforce the law and punishing voters. Civil rights violations (18 U.S.C. §§ 241 & 242) – retaliating against citizens for exercising their voting rights. Such actions undermine the Constitution and our democracy. Congress has a duty to investigate, hold the President accountable, and consider articles of impeachment. I urge you to take immediate steps to: 1 Publicly condemn this abuse of power. 2 Initiate investigations into this violation of federal law. 3 Pursue all available measures, including articles of impeachment, to defend the Constitution.
