Congress must launch an immediate investigation into the Trump Justice Department's election monitoring program. Deploying an unprecedented wave of federal monitors to polling locations is not a neutral act — it is an intimidation tactic designed to suppress votes and tilt elections toward one party. This cannot go unchecked. The DOJ exists to protect democracy, not to weaponize federal power against it. When the department is used to surveil voters and polling places at a scale never seen before, that is a five-alarm threat to free and fair elections. I expect you to demand answers, hold hearings, and use every oversight tool available to expose what this program is really about and who is directing it.
