OUR ECONOMY IS WORSE THAN THE GREAT DEPRESSION

To: Rep. Estes, Sen. Marshall, Sen. Moran

From: A constituent in Garden Plain, KS

March 30

THE ECONOMY IS LITERALLY WORSE THAN THE GREAT DEPRESSION BY ALL STATISTICS. At the height of the Great Depression 30% of Americans were behind on their rent or mortgage. Currently in 2026, that number is at 49%. $200 at a grocery store would last a family for at least 2 weeks just a few years ago, now it barely lasts a week for a couple with no kids. When is enough? When will you help Americans be able to afford living? When will you allow Americans the freedom to indulge and enjoy themselves? When will you wake up and give half a shit about a single constituent?
