Who is making side bets and manipulating markets on the war in Iran?

There are people inside the White House that are using the administrations actions to manipulate markets and place well timed bets on prediction markets. Talk about peace when the markets are open. Talk about bombing again when the markets are closed. This activity is so obvious that even I can see it. Why isn't Congress doing something about it? It's bad enough that the President started this war without Congressional approval. But the idea that he is using this war to make himself richer by making side bets is unconscionable.
