Dear Members of Congress, I am writing to express my strong support for continued U.S. assistance to Ukraine and to urge you to firmly stand against any shift that would align our nation with Russia’s aggression. Ukraine is fighting not only for its own sovereignty, but for the principles of freedom, democracy, and territorial integrity—values that have long guided U.S. foreign policy. Supporting Ukraine is not simply an act of generosity; it is an investment in global stability. When authoritarian nations are allowed to invade and dismantle their neighbors without consequence, it sets a dangerous precedent that threatens security far beyond Eastern Europe. Abandoning Ukraine or adopting positions that implicitly favor Russia would undermine our credibility, weaken alliances, and embolden future acts of aggression. The world is watching whether the United States will continue to uphold the democratic values we claim to champion. I respectfully urge you to maintain robust, consistent support for Ukraine—militarily, economically, and diplomatically—and to ensure that U.S. policy remains firmly opposed to Russian expansionism and disinformation.
