Vote NO on HB 249. This bill is a blatant First Amendment violation disguised as "modernization." It unfairly targets drag performers and the LGBTQ+ community by attempting to criminalize free expression. Ohioans expect the Statehouse to focus on real issues, not manufacture culture wars and police gender expression. Protect our constitutional rights and vote NO on HB 249.
