I have grave concerns regarding a number of events that have gone unanswered, unchecked that clearly screams to me our nation is in a crisis due to the outrageous over reach of the present Administration led by Donald Trump. It is past time for you, as my elected official to stand up and defend our constitution. This. Is no longer a matter of politely disagreement between Democrats and Republicans, it is an apparent systematic grab of authority by the Executive branch. He continues to defy the constitution. He first began by taking your job away from you in creating a new Department- Trump has no authority to do so. That is Congress job. You did nothing! Then once again he overstepped in having DOGE ( his new department) gut and close departments ( many of which most average Americans needed ) again it is your job to cut or abolish departments with oversight and conclusion. You allowed this. You did nothing! Now Trump has violated Constitutional law in having people grabbed off the street without mandated rights of habitus corpus due process?! And you do nothing! Trump has disregarded Judicial rulings defying our law of the land and you not only do nothing but attempt to strip judiciary of their constitutional power of contempt of court remediations! How dare you!! How dare you be complicit in this now attempt to over throw our checks and balances of this great nation. Now I see a US Senator shoved and pushed to the floor cuffed as a common criminal because he dared to show up at a press conference to ask questions to head of Homeland Security! You need to do something now. This must Stop. The good American people will not tolerate this any more. If you love this country you need to speak up. Open your eyes to what is happening. Why in the world do we have armed Marines activated on US Soil?! People are protesting, yes all across the nation they are. But Trump has no authority to call up the National Guard to LA when neither the governor nor the mayor requested help. There wasn’t any need for that. The actual criminal ( illegal activity) is being perpetrated by Trump. And he is so filled with vengeance against any Democrat or opposition to himself he is taking punitive action. You need to stop him. You need to stand up against this tyranny he is creating. Enough. If you don’t have the stomach for this perhaps you need to step down so we can have some real leadership not afraid to do the right thing to protect our constitution and all the people
